Motorola is expected to unveil the Motorola Moto G5 and G5 Plus at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2017. It’s a popular phone that comes with a nice combination of affordable price tag and decent specs. We don’t know much about these phones officially but the phones are already making its round online thanks to all the leaks and rumors. Let’s take a look at the Motorola Moto G5 Plus Nigeria price before we get to more details. It’s expected to cost around 137800 ₦. It’s just a guess at this point considering the pricing history of the previous Motorola Moto G phones. Now let’s see if it will be a good idea to wait for the Motorola Moto G5 Plus release date Nigeria.
There is no change here in screen size compared to the Motorola Moto G4 Plus which means it’s the same 5.5-inch screen showing the same 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. There are some changes in design compared to its predecessor but it’s still a simple looking phone. While some of the other phones that will be released soon are packing the old Android Marshmallow 6.0, this one will show up with the latest Android Nougat 7.0 right out of the box. The display will be definitely protected by Gorilla Glass but we don’t know about the exact model at this point. It’s expected to be available in two different colors after the Motorola Moto G5 Plus release date Nigeria, black and white.
Megapixel wise the phone is being demoted to a 12-megapixel rear camera compared to the 16-megapixel camera in the G4 Plus. However, as most of the popular camera phones like the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge and Apple iPhone 7 Plus are packing 12-megapixel cameras, megapixel won’t be a problem. This new and improved camera comes with dual-LED flash and supports capturing 1080p videos. The front camera will be a good 5-megapixel one. There will be two storage options to choose from: 16 and 32GB which can be expanded to up to 256GB using the microSD card slot. Considering the Motorola Moto G5 Plus Nigeria price, things are looking good in the camera department.
Multitasking should be easy with the Motorola Moto G5 Plus as it will include optional 3 or 4GB of RAM paired with Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz. The battery size is slightly disappointing and is a 3100mAh non-removable battery. However users will be able to charge it quickly thanks to the fast battery charging technology. Other notable features are: fingerprint sensor, microUSB v2.0, FM radio, GPS and most of the other connectivity option. If battery life is your only concern, there is the Asus Zenfone Max 2016 and Lenovo Vibe p1. These are almost in the same pricing range as the Motorola Moto G5 Plus Nigeria price.
As mentioned earlier, nothing has been officially announced yet including its release date. It’s expected to be available sometimes in March, 2017.
